Accountable for partnering with the internal and external teams to deliver client service with quality
Enforces and support meeting/exceeding RSLs and KPIs and other performance quality objectives
Consults/collaborates with internal and external focal points to ensure alignment on priorities and projects
Accountable for adherence to the various internal and external audits requirements
Manages day-to-day service delivery within the team in a multi-client, multi-shore environment
Handles service escalations from internal and external clients
Monitors daily workflow of client team
Provides/Supports direction for process or problem resolutions
Reviews data for trending
Proactively looks for resolution of potential service delivery issues
Supports and holds associates accountable for continuous process improvements
Improves processes
Reviews and coaches for resolution for client/team escalations
Provides reports to clients and account team as required
Manages special projects required or need to support client ongoing delivery
Ensure annual review and updates to SOPs are conducted by associates
Provides support on compliance and regulatory issues
Support the Associate in the Annual Performance plans process and provide regular feedback
Manages Performance Improvement Plans as necessary
Monitors work schedule and time recording
Engages associates so their work contributes to business strategies and promotes a satisfying work experiences
Recognizes opportunities to build knowledge, skills and confidence by providing proactive coaching that prepares associates for success.
Attracts, motivates and retains highly qualified individuals who are committed to delivering client and business results

Trains team associates and act as Subject Matter Expert
Leads adherence to standard practices and client contractual commitments
Responsible for establishing Operational Metrics and tracking the measures

Prepares for/Lead/Support periodic Client Team Performance Review process
Qualifications

Formal Education & Certification
BA, BBA, BS in Business, or equivalent degree or work experience required
FPC and or/CPP certification preferred or equivalent work experience

Knowledge & Experience:
Experience/subject matter expertise in [WFA] functional processes such as Employee Data Administration, New Hire processing, I-9 Compliance, etc.
1-3+ years people management experience
Must have Payroll experience
Experience leveraging Systems Development Life Cycle within projects or operations
Strong subject matter experience working with HRM Systems
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication
Able to write client ready documents and ongoing communications
Holds basic Accounting Skills for reconciliation of invoices to the contracted values
Demonstrate active listening, critical thinking, sound judgment and persuasion skills
Strong experience/knowledge of HRO processes
Understands and demonstrates problem-solving tools and methods
Some project budgeting/costing knowledge
Industry Knowledge desired
Experience managing multiple clients
Project Management experience desired

Technical Skill
Must have Payroll experience
Must have experience with ERP systems such as Peoplesoft, Oracle, or SAP
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint) multiple client systems and Internet research

Supports Reported Service Level (RSL) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) adherence
Responsible for communicating measures
Recognizes when inquiries are beyond the scope of own responsibilities and escalates to the Manager/Team Lead
Provides or ensures timely quality delivery of own processes
Peer reviews files, reports and outgoing correspondence
Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)s/processes for accuracy and maintains own SOP documentation
Adheres to internal and external audit requirements for specific clients
Proactively looks for resolution of potential service delivery issues and provides input towards process improvement
Escalate Client non-compliance of processes and procedures to Manager/Team Lead

Communicates with other Domains on participant specific issues with direction from Senior peers or Manager/Team Lead
Provides training to new team members
Acts as referral for the other domains and off-shore teams around process questions
Supports small client projects with BAU direction
Supports service escalations from the client as well as on/off-shore team members
Responsible for own workflow and action accordingly
Reviews data for trending

Provides direction for process resolution to other team members
Qualifications

Formal Education & Certification

High School Diploma or equivalent with work related experience or
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required

Knowledge & Experience
1-3 years experience in Business Environment
Proven Analytical skill required

HRMS experience is desired
General understanding of Six Sigma methodology, desired
Project Management experience, desired
Strong attention to detail and execution
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Able to influence others through presentations/communications
Understands fundamentals of Workflow Management and related reports
Understanding of internal controls, SOX, and SAS 70 reports

Technical Skill

MS Office-working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Access
Ability to navigate and learn multiple systems
Basic understanding of regulatory and legislative knowledge
Basic understanding of various Systems like PS or SAP
Basic understanding of internal controls
Basic understanding of client administrative environment
Ability to distinguish between an isolated participant issue versus a more systematic issue

A Payroll Delivery Consultant is accountable for Domain Specific Knowledge Implementation Leadership, Client Relationship Management, Financial Management, People Management, MyHR functional leadership and Hewitt best practices.

Responsibility Areas
• Educates associates and clients while serving as a subject matter expert for the area of work
• Provides input on delivery model and best practices
• Supports, leads, or ensures the standardization of processes for implementing projects across all clients, in accordance with Hewitt best practices
• Provides for, leads, identifies, and/or innovates ideas for improving the domain specific offer and methodologies
• Provides feedback on new products, services and projects
• Supports Operations Execution Plans
• Ensures process documentation is current, accurate and fully supports and understands impacts to Service Contracts /SLA??s Service Level Agreements
• Supports or leads Requirements Sessions
• Provides the Domain Lead/SDM with appropriate status reports and metrics
• Builds trusting partnerships with key stakeholders constituents both internal and external
• Works with identified parties to assist, develop, and/or evaluate plan, budget and execute implementations or special projects
• Provides information or act as primary escalation point for escalations for domain project work
• Provides information to managers and/or acts as primary facilitator of internal/external /UAT for HRMS/WFA processes
• Understands and/or encourages adoption of service delivery model by challenging requested custom functionality and offering alternative solutions
• Consult/collaborate with internal/external focal points to ensure alignment on priorities and projects
• Understands and/or establishes project management controls to ensure performance objectives met
• Provides feedback and/or initiates corrective action plans to ensure recovery
• Participate in suggestions and/or champions standard practices and process improvement opportunities
• Look for opportunities to improve operating efficiencies and process improvements
• Escalates, assess, mitigates and/or escalates risk/opportunities, including contract compliance, performance/delivery, adherence to Best Practices, standardized procedures & documentation, budget deviations
• Perform Project Manager role for small to medium projects
• Enforces and supports meeting/exceeding performance/quality objectives
• Encourages application of [WFA] service delivery model by challenging requested custom functionality and offering alternative solutions
• Consults/collaborates with internal/external focal points to ensure alignment on priorities and projects
• Establishes oversight processes to ensure performance objectives met
• Initiates corrective action plans to ensure recovery
• Provides overall CR process management and leadership for assigned domain.
• Provides oversight of execution of audit compliance for aligned domain

Formal Education & Certification
• BA, BBA, or BS in Business or equivalent degree preferred
• CPP certification preferred

Knowledge & Experience
• HRMS implementation or operational experience
• Time and Labor experience required
• HR and manager self service tool implementation/operation (Workbrain or other Time and Labor application)
• 2 – 5+ years professional experience in consulting or operational environment
• 2 years project management experience
• 2 – 5 years people management experience, especially at a leveraged-contributor level
• Experience in leveraging a Systems Development Life Cycle framework to project work
• Six Sigma/ Lean Management understanding
