This is a fantastic resource for professionals and job seekers alike to rediscover the importance of being a value asset for their employer. I tend to prefer the behavioral style of interviewing instead of the “canned” interview questions. I think it provides an open dialogue and create a conversation between the interviewer and interviewee. I think one of the most challenging parts of an interview is not knowing what questions will be asked. In behavioral styles, the questions tend to lead off of the candidate’s cover letter and resume. Therefore it’s much easier to be confident in your responses since you know the content of your candidate materials. Thanks for all the hard work you do to maintain your postings, Mark. Keep it up.
