A Victim of This Sexual Dance – Original Poem

By Mark A. Leon

Yours was a passion that killed
Every heartbeat a song
Every nail scratch on my back a permanent tattoo of our love

A tiger without regret
Wild in the forest
Ruthless, lethal with unbridled sexual power

You are the dream, we all possess
The hot sweaty nights in mental bondage
Screaming for more; aching for just a single touch of the fantasy

That is your game
Roll the dice
Eagerly, waiting the next move

Stripped naked I eye my predator
Tied down, powerless in this blackness
Eyeing me with every quiet footstep
In the darkness, the glow of your eyes fore shadow the impending doom of lust
My body quivers

You sense the weakness
Drooling for a taste of my lips
A gentle bite, the taste of blood
The sinful animalistic tone

I hear your laughter in the silence
Feel your breath
Ache for the pain

In the moonlight the curve of your breasts tease like the jester in an erotic play
Now, is the moment
When beginning and end come to an explosive union

What will become of this prey
A victim of this sexual dance

Play your game
The fire inside burns
Abuse, use, but leave behind a memory of the love hidden in the fantasy
Let me never awake from this dream

Timeless – Original Poem

By Mark A. Leon

I felt a sweet breeze in this Northern sky
A brush of snow tickling this nose
It’s been a long time, but you are still mine
The only one that makes me believe we can live forever

You are timeless
Ageless, without flaw

Turning back time, a childhood dream
Every stop, a reminder

There you were
There you are
There you remain

Roads covered in our melody
Sprinkled in the music of the leaves falling from the sky

This year will be even more incredible
This year, once again

I will remember why you are the one
Like a flawless diamond formed by the eternal clock of time
Like a tender flower pure as the morning sun
An autumn rainbow circling my heart
You possess the key to my fate

Time has stopped
The sounds of silent raindrops
A composition so divine
Written for me and you
A dance for two

Alone with you
My timeless love

Other Half of My Soul – Original Poem

By Mark A. Leon

Every time the wind blows, I hear your voice
Waiting for the waves to wash up your bottle
A sacred blessing in a pool of broken dreams

This rock is my home, my eyes a lighthouse, my heart the siren calling you in
Drunk on the fog and loneliness I run weary

Never to give up hope
Every minute, a chance

Sails from distant shores parade their masses
Are you on one of them?

A surprise from the ocean gods
Gift wrapped in a smile

Will the infinite sea swallow up this faith?

The congregation of dolphins sing

Pastor on the pedestal of white clouds

Waiting for my prayers to be answered
Let me sacrifice myself for her safety
Let me give my life so that she may have another

Let me be remembered in her children and grandchildren as I lay peacefully in my eternal rest

On this rock, I sit screaming silently
Each morning I arrive
Each night I sigh

Will this day bring her home?
Will this be the day I am reunited with the other half of my soul?

I sit and wait today
Rain cleanses this worn-out skin
