Darkness spiraling out of control
A punk nightmare; a blues dream
We are all just stereotypes of a cliché
A boilerplate script in this screenplay of life

Masochism screaming from the audio cassette player in my mind
Leather, spikes, fishnets; the toys of champions
Whip me, but don’t touch me
Chain me up, but keep your distance
The tease of the virus caressing my insides
Taking control, expanding the forces

A bloody Mardi Gras celebration and you are all invited
Welcome to the party
It starts to feel good when the pill rolls down the beer slide in your soul

The school I loathe has banned the freeing of my mind
Education is lost to the robots teaching us to follow the leader
A two dimensional white board isolated in this room
The walls closing in
So slow, I can hear the tears drip from heavy burden on my eyes
A salt induced euphoria tickling the lips
A cocktail of misery

Caffeinate this addiction while a million images of death cascade the world wide panic
Awaken the greed as millions take their final breath
Arm the enemy from within
It’s just a cat and mouse game where no one wins
Clear glass walls block the pursuit

When does it end?
Or have we witnessed the beginning of the end?
The warnings
The prophets or poets or spiritual nonsense have risen from the ashes
A phoenix of rebirth; opportunism; self-praise

Spiraling out of control
This amusement park ride without the happy ending
It is a small world after all
Getting smaller by the second…
Time to raise the black flag
